Construct a training course to help BMW Center personnel become versed in key features and benefits of the new BMW 3-Series.
Working with an instructional designer, we built a fully interactive, multimedia learning experience with animation, sound effects and video. Participants were graded on quizzes, given instant feedback and certified immediately upon successful completion.
An entire North American sales force was educated on a complex new product—without leaving their showrooms. And, it all integrated with BMW’s existing Learning Management System, enabling tracking, test scoring, bookmarking, user feedback and more.
