A non-profit group wanted to be able to communicate regularly with its diverse target group.
Using an established, robust, SaaS e-mail solution, we built an opt-in form on their web site, set up interest-based lists, and then created seasonal templates, as well as special occasion messages. We trained their staff on program usage and best practices for e-mail messaging.
E-mail list is well over 5,000 names and growing. And we’re seeing an open rate of more than 25%!
